Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our money back guarantee:

Items must be returned within the applicable guarantee period (60 or 90 days from the date of purchase).
Items must be in good condition, with all original parts and accessories included.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and instructions.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free return shipping on all eligible returns covered by our money back guarantee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for the refund to appear in your account. This includes our processing time and the additional time required by your bank or credit card company.
